Great job!!! Took my 09 Hilux to Ian for a cut and polish as I was wanting to sell her, the body was faded and needed some help had some standard tree scuff marks and scratches. But not only that he went beyond what I asked him to do and gave life back into the whole of the body, tyres, side rails and bull bar.  Ian did such a great job and the car sold within two days. These guys are absolutely amazing. My car has never looked so swish. I have two kids who have managed to trash my car with green smoothies, chocolate milkshakes and all sorts of other gross stuff. All these stains have been removed and the car looks brand new. Thank you!!

A great job, every time

Rocky from Car Care Springwood comes and details My Ford Ranger and my Mrs’s Ford Focus each month. Rocky always turns up and reminds us if we have forgotten a few days before our monthly appointment. Worked tirelessly for 5 hours

From my initial contact with the owner of Car Care, Craig, with whom I expressed my cynicism regarding the false claims that went unchecked with other “online and web-based advertisers”, he reassured me that their philosophy was simple – “we pride ourselves on ensuring our customers are satisfied”.
From the moment the Car Care detail arrived on site I was immediately impressed with this man’s courteous, friendly and meticulous approach. He worked tirelessly for 5 hours, demonstrating that car detailing to Carcare is not a wash in a vacuum, but a craft that he not only excelled at, but wanted to produce a finish that produced that was excellent.
Originally I was preparing my vehicle the sale, but it now looks like it just rolled off the assembly line and I’m thinking about retaining it.
Carcare is a professional, reliable, trustworthy motor vehicle detailer for whom I felt compelled and honoured to provide this endorsement.

I’m impressed with the attention to detail I got for my dollar

I had Car Care come in to do a Full Detail service. I just bought a used Golf but there was a lingering interior smell of the family dog. The detailer (Ming Yin – Car Care SILVERWATER, NSW) arrived spot-on time on the Saturday morning and spent a solid four hours going over the car. In the end, the interior looked and smelt new, the engine bay was done and the exterior looked excellent. We were impressed with the attention to detail I got for my dollar. My used car feels almost new and it was well worth it. The detailer was a great guy too – he listened and then was very independent in getting on with an excellent job. I recommend them highly.

An unbelievable job inside and out

Jim from Fremantle Car Care came to clean our car today and just want to say that he did an unbelievable job inside and out! The car had been neglected for a long time that it was a bit of an embarrassment. Jim kept insisting it wasn’t “the worst” he’d seen but I think he was being kind! He went over and above the call of duty on the job and everyone agrees that he added about $3000 of value to the car, it nearly looks new again which is saying something. Jim was friendly, punctual and worked really hard. Two others from my company are now going to get their cars cleaned as well now. Thanks Jim, great job mate!!!

Professionalism and attention to detail

I had Jae come out to detail one of our vehicles being a Subaru Forrester. The car was in a pretty dirty condition with my husband using it for work purposes. I was very impressed with Jae’s professionalism and attention to detail. The car looks immaculate as we are getting ready to trade it in.
